Portion allocated to a charity: €80
Original acrylic painting on canvas, signed, titled on the reverse and framed (American wooden case)
Dimensions: outside frame 50cmx61cm framed 58cmx68cm
This work reveals the harmony that can exist between man and music in a halfway between abstraction and figuration. Under the dazzlingness of his inspirations, and the feverishness of his hands and fingers, the guitarist Manolo lets out multiple chords represented by abstract shapes which, through a unity of color and tone, create a fusion between the hands, the instrument and the face. The vertical shapes and lines complete the whole and help to represent the liberation of music from all its constraints brought by academicism.
